CEQA EXEMPT {SECTION 15061 (B)(3)) 1b. ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT NO. 181 Opposition was received. Staff has OWNER: Jerry G. Zamekee notified the 1415 E. Diana Avenue applicant to see if Anaheim, CA 92805 he would like to proceed. LOCATION: 1415 East Diana Avenue. Property is a rectangularly- shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 7,200 square feet having a frontage of approximately 72 feet on the north side of Diana Avenue and a maximum depth of 100 feet and located 390 feet east of the centerline of Maywood Street. Waiver of maximum fence height `feet permitted; 9 feet proposed) to construct a 3 foot high block wall extension on top of an existing 6 foot high block wall within the required side and rear setback areas of an existing single-family residence. The planner discussed the matter with the owner and it was explained as to what steps he needs to take next and we have not heard yet if he wishes to proceed. PRESENT: Applicant was not present. Ms. Santalahti stated that the administrative adjustment would not be automatically approved and upon notification to the applicant we are waiting for a reply to see if the applicant wishes to continue to another hearing (letter to the file).
