Tom Tonelli was not clear on Condition No. 13 regarding an unsubordinated maintenance covenant. He
was under the impression that this conversant agreement was to go into effect upon approval of this
tentative parcel map and on was that opposed basis.
Selma Mann, Deputy City Attorney informed Mr. Tonelli that Condition No. 13 was to apply in the event
that the neighbors put together a maintenance agreement. In which case, the owners of subject parcels
would also be participants, but that a maintenance agreement would not be a requirement as a result of
the approval of this tentative parcel map.
Annika Santalahti, Zoning Administrator approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 98-242 fora 4-lot subdivision
located on Autry Drive, subject to the conditions in the staff report and Ms. Mann's added sentence to
Condition No. 13.
