a nunc pro tunc decision to amend Decision No. ZA2000-38 in connection
with Variance No. 2000-04411, deleting Condition No. 28. Property location

Julie Colette with WAND spoke with concerns about general property maintenance, parking, trash, and
commercial truck loading occurring in the parking lot next to the market.
Don Yourstone, Sr. Code Enforcement Officer, stated that there have been some past code violations on
this property, particularly at the west end where King's Market is located.
Annika Santalahti, Zoning Administrator continued this item to November 2, 2000 to give more time to
investigate parking and circulation concerns existing at the site.
