The Zoning Administrator hereby fnds the following:
1. That the request is hereby graritedin accordance with:Subsection 18.12.080. of the Anaheim
Municipal Code which permits.waiver of min.'imum front yard setback in connection with
administrative adjustment if the deviation is not.more than 20%:
2. That no written opposition was.received (oneietter in support was received) during the required
10-day notification period which ended on January 23, 2002 at 5:00 p.m..
Based on the evidence presented to the Acting Zoning Administrator, the Administrative Adjustment No.
2001-00217, is hereby granted subject to the following conditions:. - .
1.' That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications
submitted to'the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and vrhicti plans are on fle with the Planning
Department marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.:
2. That prior to commencement of,the activity authorized. by this decision, or within a period of. one (1)
year from'the date of this decision, whichever occurs, first, Condition No. 1, above-mentioned; shall.:be '
complied with.:. Extensions for further time to complete said conditions may be granted in accordance
with Section 18.03.090 of the Anaheim Municipal Code. ~ .
