No Opposition was present at the public hearing.
Annika Santalahti, Zoning Administrator addressed questions to staff about Condition No. 24
David See, Senior Planner clarified that it was a standard condition added by the Police Department. In
addition he further commented on Condition No. 25, which refers to the occasional on-site banquet facility.
Mr. See stated for the records that if it becomes utilized more frequently then the owners will be required to
obtain a Conditional Use Permit.
