Annika Santalahti questioned if there were any Conditional Use Permits issued in the history of this
business.
Jeff Farano was present to represent this applicant's request. He stated that Double Chemical Company
has been at this location since the early 60's when the area was zoned Agricultural. This business has
been grandfathered in. Up until now there hasn't been a reason to rezone this site.
Ms. Santalahti approved this request with the conditions as stated in the staff report.
