Mark Asturias, representing the Community Development Department, agreed with staff's
recommendations.
James Ling clarified the existing right-of-way on Santa Ana Street should be 34.75 feet, but it is shown on
the General Plan as a local street and the City standard details calls fora 30 foot right-of-way, so the
applicant may request abandonment through the Public Works Department of 4.75 feet to establish the
right-of-way at 30 feet.
Annika Santalahti, Zoning Administrator, stated the clarification would be entered into the written decision
as a finding.
