There was no public audience present at the meeting and no opposition was received regarding this item.
Annika Santalahti, Zoning Administrator, determined that the project is Categorically Exempt under
Section 15315, Class 15 (Minor Land Divisions) of the CEQA Guidelines and approved the request for a
one (1) year retroactive extension of time, to comply with conditions of approval, to expire on July 24,
2006, based on the following:
(i) That the request was filed prior to the expiration of the approved or conditionally approved
tentative map.
(ii) That this is the first request for cone-year extension of time and Code permits extensions not
to exceed a total of three years for tentative maps.
(iii) That no modification of the tentative parcel map is included in this request.

Della Herrick, Associate Planner, stated the applicant contacted staff prior to the start of the meeting and
indicated his preference for a two (2) week continuance.
Annika Santalahti, Zoning Administrator approved a two (2) week continuance until September 15, 2005.
An email regarding the continuance request was received after the action.
