Annika Santalahti, Zoning Administrator, introduced the item.
THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED.
Armando D. DuPont, the applicant, stated no comments.
No one indicated their presence at the public hearing in opposition to the proposal and no
correspondence was received in opposition.
THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED.
Ms. Santalahti referred to staff regarding Item No. 3 (That all parcels shall be assigned street addresses by
the Building Division) and asked if it is a standard tract parcel map condition or since it is an existing
project, if there is some expectation that they would have new address numbers assigned to them.
James Ling, Principal Civil Engineer, stated it is a typical condition set by the Public Works Department
on behalf of the Building Department in order to ensure that the building permits will be assigned to a
legal address.
Ms. Santalahti referred to the applicant and asked what would happen if a building is demolished or
destroyed etc., once the map is recorded and the airspace requirements are taken care of appropriately.
Mr. DuPont responded all of the owners would have to agree to the separation through their association,
and once separated, adhere to the proper procedures, destroy the building and rebuild it.
