read and concurs with the conditions of approval and is present to answer questions applicable to the
project.
Mr. Sell wished to confirm that access to the property was via Miller Street and that both the subject
property and adjacent property had separate waste disposals.
Mr. See confirmed access was via Miller Street and that staff would require separate waste disposals for
both properties.

David See, Senior Planner, introduced Item No. 3 and stated staff recommended Item No. 3 be continued
beyond the November 22, 2006, request to the Zoning Administrator meeting of December 7, 2006,
because Mr. Sell had presided over the initial meeting on October 12, 2006, for this request and was
therefore informed of the concerns and the requirements to be met by the applicants based on
recommendations by the Fire Department, Building Department and Public Works Department whereas
the meeting on November 22, 2006 would be heard by a different Acting Zoning Administrator who would
have to be reintroduced to the complications of the concerns and requirements.

because he previously presided over and denied two requests of the applicant's and he wanted the
applicant to be assured he was being heard in an unbiased and fair environment therefore, he requested
a future date in which a different Acting Zoning Administrator would facilitate the meeting.

only regard the request to amend the hours of operation and nothing else.
Mark Gordon, Deputy City Attorney, stated the intent of the Acting Zoning Administrator was to ensure
that he was being treated fair and just thereby allowing a different Acting Zoning Administrator to hear
