THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED.
Mr. Sell concurred with staff's recommendations and approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 2006-247 to
permit a retroactive extension of time to comply with conditions of approval for apreviously-approved
tentative parcel map to combine seven (7) parcels into one parcel to construct a new market in the C-G
Zone. He stated the decision would be written and signed no later than 7 days from the date of the
meeting and would be final after the appeal period expires 10 days following the date of the decision.
