Bill Sell, Zoning Administrator, opened the public hearing.
Dave See, Senior Planner, introduced Item No. 2 and stated that the letter height had been reduced as
requested by staff.
Applicant's Testimony:
Robert Gonzalez, 2820 East Gretta Lane, Anaheim, CA, stated that he was not able to convince CVS
management staff to accept white trim on its letters as suggested by the Zoning Administrator and other
than that he agrees with the staff report.
Mr. Sell closed the public hearing and stated because it was an overpowering look on the facade, staff
had suggested the white trim on the letters to make them appear smaller.

Zoning Administrator, William Sell, approved CEQA Categorical Exemption -Class 11 and Variance No.
2006-04706. He stated the decision would be written and signed no later than 7 days from the date of the
meeting and would be final after the appeal period expires 15 days following the date of the decision.
