Gordon, Deputy City Attorney, conferred with the use of a plot map and Mr. Sell determined that waiver
(a) would be approved and waiver (b) would be denied since it was already withdrawn.
Mr. Sell closed the public hearing and approved Administrative Adjustment No. 2007-00302. Fie stated
the decision would be written and signed no later than 7 days from the date of the meeting and would be
final after the appeal period expires 15 days following the date of the decision.

that the existing wall signs and pole sign for the CVS store are clearly visible from Katella Avenue;
therefore, the proposed 40 inch letters would not be needed.
Mr. Sell closed the public hearing and denied Variance No. 2007-04725. He stated the decision would be
written and signed no later than 7 days from the date of the meeting and would be final after the appeal
period expires 15 days following the date of the decision.

area. He recommended that Condition 6 of the staff report be deleted.
