closely with staff regarding the conditions of approval and is prepared to comply with all the conditions of
approval as written.
Mr. Van Doren asked if there was anyone who would like to speak to this item; seeing none, he closed
the public hearing.
Mc Van poren adopted a resolution approving a CEQA Categorical Exemption Class 15 and Tentative
Parcel Map No. 2008-131.

Kevin Kendall, Visible Graphics, stated that he represents "Pollo Campero" restaurant and thanked staff
for the recommendation of approual.
Mr. Van Doren indicated that he had no questions for staff as the analysis supports the applicant request.
Mr. Van Doren closed the public hearing.
Mr. Van Doren adopted a resolution approving a CEQA Categorical Exemption Class 11 and Variance
2008-04754.
