John Van Doren, Zoning Administrator, opened the public hearing.
Kim Wong, Planner, introduced Item No. 2 and stated the owner, the Redevelopment
Agency, requests a parcel map to merge five parcels into one parcel, it is a clean-up
procedure. They are proposing to do a gazebo in one of their recreational leisure areas,
and the gazebo would straddle one of the property lines that currently exist. Therefore,
the merging of the parcels would allow the gazebo to be constructed where they are
proposing it.

Mr. Van Doren asked if there was anyone who wouid like to speak to this item; seeing
none, he closed the public hearing.
Mr. Van Doren took action to approve the subject request, based on the findings
described in the staff report and resolution prepared by staff.
