ZONING ADMINISTRATOR MINUTES
John Van Doren, Zoning Administrator, opened the public hearing.
Scott Koehm, Associate Planner, introduced Item No. 2 and read into the record a
modification to Condition No. 2 of the draft resolution, as follows: "That the legal,
property owner shawl irrevocably offer to dedicate to the City of Anaheim, on the final
parcel map, an easement of 53 feet from the centerline of Anaheim .Boulevard".
Mr. Van Doren asked if the change has been reviewed by the applicant; Mf. Koehm
responded yes.
Mr. Van Doren asked if there was anyone who would like to speak to this item; seeing
none, he closed the public hearing.
Mr. Van Doren took action to approve the subject request, based on the findings
described in the staff report and the resolution prepared by staff with the modifications
to Condition No. 2 as stated by staff at today's meeting.
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 9:50 A.M.
TO THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2008 AT 9:30 A.M.
(The scheduled Zoning Administrator meetings for October 2 and
October 16, 2008, have been cancelled as no cases were bled for the
meeting dates.)
