A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECT[ON WITH
VARIOUS INACTIVE ENTITLEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the process to terminate any permit that is no longer in use may be
initiated by the property owner; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Planning Department has received letters of request from
various property owners requesting termination of eutitlements that are no longer in use; and
WHEREAS, the entitlements to be terminated are Conditional Use Permit Nos. 200,
63Q 1153, 1219, 1489, 1861, 2331, 2802, 2981, 3135, 3408, 3424, 3538, 3813, 4045 and 4125;
Variance Nos. 2634, 3530 and 4242 and Administrative Adjustment No. l38 and are further
described in Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with the entitlements identifed in Exhibit A.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission
meeking of May 28, 2008. Sa9d resolution is subject to the appeal pmvisions set forth in Chapter
18.60 "Procedures" of the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to appeal procedures and may be
replaced by a City Council Resolution in the event of an appeal. ,
