The City Council Of the City of Anaheim met in Special Meeting
called by Mayor Pearson to Consider an agreement relating to the Abandonment
of Appeal by the petitioners in the case of Lansdale. verses the City of
Anaheim.
Written notice W~s delivered to each Councilmen 24 hours prior
to time of special meeting~
Western Union telegram was received from Councilman A. J. Schutte
consenting to the holding q~ said Special Meeting.
PRESENT: COUNCILMEN: Pearson, Fry, Wisser and Van Wagoner.
ABSENT: COUNCILM£N: SchUtte.

RESOLUTION NO. 2600: DiscUSsion was held on the Disneyland Annexation and the
case arising therefrom known as Lansdale verses City of Anaheim. A% the
conclusion of said discussion, Councilman Van Wagoner offered Resolution No.
2600 and moved for its passage and adoption.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH WILLIAM M. LANSDALE, ~yKE LANSDALE, DYKE WATER COMPANY, MOORE BUILT
HOMES, INC. AND WALNUT CO.,~iLTD. RELATING TO WAIVER OF APPEAL AND OF THE
RIGHTS IN AN ACTION INSTIT~$ED AGAINST THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. ~
On roll call the~foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by
the following vote:

The Mayor declarg~ the foregoing resolution No. 2600 duly passed and
adopted.
Councilman Wisser moved to adjourned. Councilman Fry seconded motion.
