DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Director of Community
Development to decide the above-referenced administrative adjustment, pursuant
to Anaheim Municipal-.Code Section 18.12.020, and having been duly noticed and
no written objections having been received, I do hereby find that:
1. That there are special circumstances applicable to the property such
as size, shape, topography, location or surroundings, which do not
apply to other identically zoned properties in the vicinity.
2. That strict .application of the Zoning Code deprives the property of
privileges enjoyed by other properties in identical zoning-
classification in the vicinity.
3. That the maximum deviation, pursuant to Subsection .020 of Section.
18.12.080, allowed for Administrative Adjustment by the Zoning
Administrator is l0~ for dimensional or percentage limitations, and
this requested variance is 1.6$ and 2.8~ smaller than .the code
required square footage of apartment unit sizes.
Based on the .evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to approve
Administration Adjustment No. AA 87-01.
