Et4VIRONML•'tQ'P It4!'AC't STATUS: The Zoning Administrator reviewed the proposal to construct a sacond-s=ory addition to a single-family residence with waivers of maximum lot coverage and maximum number of bedrooms on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land,~consisting of approximately 5,723 square feet, having a frontage of approximately 33 feet on the west side of Stratford Circle, approximately lUU feet north of the centerline of Radcliffe Avenue and further described as 1733 Stratford Circle; and does hereby approve the Negative lleclarat-ion upon finding that it i~as consideLed the Negative Declaration together with any comments received during the public review process and further finding on the basis of the Initial Study and any comments received that there is no substantial evidence that the project will have a significant effect on the environment. 2235H ZA 87-09 Pager= Variance tdo. 3671 Based on the evidence and testimony presented to me,-I do hereby determine to approve Variance t3o. 3571, subject-to the following conditions: 1.
