That the waiver of maximum lot coverage in the RS 7200, (Single-Family, Residential) zone is only one percent (1~) above-Code allowance as specified in Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18.26.062.020. Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 87-03, unconditionally.
