to an existing single-family dwelling.
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Director of Community
Development, pursuant to Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18.12.060, to decide
the above-ref erenced petition and a public hearing .having been duly noticed
for and held on the date set forth above, I do hereby find, that:
1. That there are special circumstances applicable to the property
such as size, shape, topography, location or surroundings, which do
not apply to other identically zoned properties in the vicinity; and
2. That strict application of the Zoning Code deprives the property of
privileges enjoyed by other properties in identical zoning
classification in .the vicinity.

property is next to the proposed addition and the neighbor did not
object because the addition was next to his garage wall and that
there is a row of trees along said property line.
4. That this waiver is minimal that the proposed addittion slants away
from the property line and that there is a grade difference of
about One-half story between subject property and the adjacent
lot.
