Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Director of Community
Development to decide the:.-above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and
having been duly noticed and no written objections.having been received, I do
hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080, that:
1. That the parking waiver is only 10.4 below. Code requirement as specified
in Anaheim'Municipal Code 'Sections 18.06.050.031, 18.06.080, .and
18.12.060:110.'_
Based on the evidence presented: to me, I do hereby determine to grant
Administrative Adjustment°No. 87-04, unconditionally..
