REQUEST: To permit waiver of Anaheim Municipal Code Sections 18.12.080.020
and 18.26.062.020 "Maximum Lot Coverage" (40~ permitted; 44~
proposed) to construct a 997 square foot addition to an existing
single-family residence in the RS=7200 (single-family residential
zone) at 1347 Scarborough Lane, Anaheim, CA.
DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director pursuant
to Section 18.12.040 to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment,
said Administrative Adjustment having been duly noticed and no written
objections having been received during the 10-day period following mailing of
the public notice, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080, that:
That. waiver of 44~ lot coverage instead of 40~ coverage is minimal and
will not have an adverse effect on adjoining residences or other nearby
properties.
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant
Administrative Adjustment No. 88-O1, unconditionally.
This decision is made, signed, and entered .into the file this 2nd day of

NOTICE: This decision shall become final unless an appeal to the City
Council, in writing, accompanied by an appeal fee, is filed with the City
Clerk within 15 days of the date of the signing of this decision by the Zoning
Administrator unless a member of the City .Council shall request to review this
decision within said 15 days.
