supplemental protests; that the protest in the amount of $690°00, received

that the assessed valuation of the protesting parcels of land does not exceed

presented an over-alll master plan and layout of the proposed development°
(Said rendering was iretained by Mro Rothmano) He advised that they pro-
pose to develop the i10+ acre parcel in three stages~ a portion bein9
3-story development~i that the plans that are before the Council at this
time were the final iprecise plot plans for the first unit of development~
which will contain 54 units on approximately 207 acres° That the ultimate
development will co~tain between 275 and 300 apartment units with streets
around the perimete~o
Discussion was held regarding the necessary guest parking
requirements and th~ proposed width of the perimeter streets°
Mr° Rothm~n advised that the north and west perimeter streets

of filing a variance application requesting waiver of height limitations
to allow 'the three-story development, however, if said application is denied~
they could convert to two-storY development and conform to whatever guest
parking is required by the City° Further, that they do not intend to subdivide~
that the entire parcel will be recorded as a unit°
It was noted that the additional parking area was shown on the
over all master plan of development presented9 but was not indicated on the
first unit plot plans reviewed by the City Council°
