warehouse on Property located at 1371- Miller Street.
Sections 18.06.050.031 - Minimum number of parking spaces.
18.06.080 (241 spaces required;
and 18.61.066.050 225 spaces proposed)
DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Raving been appointed Zor+ing Administrator by the Planning Director to decide
the .above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and said Administrative
Adjustment having been duly noticed and no written objections .having .been
received, L do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. That approval of -the proposal to waive the minimum number of marking
s ace is authorized by Section 18.12.080:020 (maximum. 10~ deviance
permitted; 6.6~ proposed). of the Anaheim Minicipal Code; and
2. That no written opposition .-was received during- the required 10-day
..notification period following the mailing of the public notice.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: .That the Zoning Administrator
has reviewed the proposal to waive the minimum number of parking spaces
construct•a 38,862 square-foot .warehouse on property located at
1371 Miller Street; and hat the Planning Director or his authorized
representative has determined that the proposed project falls within .the
definition of Categorical' Exemptions, Class 5, as defined in the State EIR
Guidelines and is, therefore, :categorically exempt from the requirement to
prepare an EIR.
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant
Administrative Adjustment No. 88-15, subject to, the property being. developed
substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim labeled Exhibit No. 1.
This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file this t enty-third day
of November, 1988.

NOTICE: This decision .shall become final unless an appeal to the City
Council, in writing, accompanied by an appeal fee, is filed with the City
Clerk within 15 days of the date of the signing of this decision or unless
members of the City Council shall request to review this decision within said
15 days.
DECLARATION OF SERVICE BY MAIL: I do hereby declare under penalty of perjury
