DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
'Having been. appointed Zoning;Administrator by the Planning Director to decide
the .above-referenced. Administrative Adjustment, and said Administrative
.Adjustment having been duly noticed .and no written objections having been
.received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. That approval of the proposal"to waive the minimum structural setback is
authorized by .Section 18...12...080.010 (maximum 20~ deviance permitted;
20~ proposed) of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
2. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day
notification period following. the mailing of the public notice.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: -That the Zoning Administrator
has. reviewed the proposal- for waiver of maximum structural setback to
construct a second story addition on property located at 131-Wade Circle; and
that the Planning Director. or his authorized representative has. determined
that the proposed project falls within the definition of Categorical-
Exemptions, Class 5, as defined in the State EIR Guidelines andis, therefore,
categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR.
Based on thee. evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant
,Administrative Adjustment No. 88-16, subject to the property being developed
substantially in accordance with .plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim labeled Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file this twenty-third day
of November, -1988.

NOTICE: This decision shall become final unless an appeal to the City
Council, in writing, accompanied-by an appeal fee, is filed with the City
Clerk within 15 days of the date of the signing of this decision or unless
members of the City Council shall request to review this decision within said
15 days.
