DETERMINATION OF .THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide
.the above-referenced Administrative.Adjustment,' said Administrative Adjustment.
.having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do
hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. That approval of the proposal to waive the minimum front yard setback is
authorized by Section 18.12.080.010 (maximum 20~-deviance permitted;
20~ proposed) of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
2. That no written opposition was received .during. the required 10-day
.notification period following the mailing of the public notice.
CALIFORNIA .ENVIRONMENTAL -0UALITY ACT .FINDING: That .the Zoning Administrator.
has reviewed the proposal to waive the minimum front yard setback to construct
a 451 square-foot 2nd story room addition on property located at
229 North Bluerock Street; and that. the: Planning Director or his authorized
representative has determined that. the proposed project .falls within the
definition of Categorical Exemptions,. Class 5, as defined-in the State EIR.
Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically .exempt from the requirement to
prepare an EIR.
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do ..hereby determine_ to grant
Administrative Adjustment No. 88-17, subject. to the property being developed
substantially in accordance. with plans and specifications on file with: the
City of Anaheim abeled Exhibit Nos. 1'and 2.
This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file_>this twenty-third day

NOTICEz This decision shall become final .unless an appeal to the City
Council, in writing, accompanied by an appeal fee, is filed with the City
Clerk within 15 days of the date of the signing of this decision or unless
