DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been 'appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide
the above-referenced..Administrative`Adjustment, and having been duly noticed
and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to
Section 18.12.080:'
1. That approval of the proposal to waive the minimum side yard setback is
authorized by Section 18.12..080.010 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
.(maximum 20~ deviation permitted; 16.6 deviation proposed); and
2. That no written opposition was received. during the required 10-day
notification .period following the mailing of the public notice.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT-FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator
has .reviewed the proposal to waive the minimum side yard setback to construct
a room addition at 668 South Frontier Court; and that the Planning Director or
his authorized representative has determined that the proposed project falls
within the definition of ,Categorical Exemptions, Class 5, as defined in the
State: `EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the
requirement to prepare an EIR.
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant
Administrative Adjustment-No.<0018, subject to the property being developed
substantially in accordance with plans and'.specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim labeled Exhibit No 1.
This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file-this eighth day of
December, 1988.

Approval of this petition constitutes approval of the proposed request only to
the extent that it complies with the Anaheim .Municipal Zoning Code and any
other. applicable. City regulations. Approval does not include any action or
findings as to' compliance or approval of the request regarding any other
applicable ordinance, regulation or requirement.
NOTICE: This decision shall become final unless an .appeal to the City
Council, in writing, accompanied by an appeal fee, is filed with the City
Clerk within 15 davs of the date of the signing of this decision or unless
members of the City Council shall request to review this decision within said
15 days.
