Adjustment, and .having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080s 1. That the request complies with Code Section. 18.12.080.020 in that the deviance from Code is only 5.8~ (maximum 109, permitted); and 2. That no .written opposition was received during -the required 10-day notification period which ended December 26, 1988; CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator has reviewed the proposal to ,waive the minimum-number of parking spaces to construct an enclosed restaurant in an existing retail center on property located at 50.0 5. Euclid; and does hereby approve the Negative Declaration upon finding hat she has considered the Negative Declaration together with any comments received during the public review process and further finding on the basis of .the initial study and any comments received that there is no substantial evidence that the project will have a significant effect on the environment. Based on the evidence presented to me, I Administrative Adjustment No. 88-22, subject substantially in accordance with plans and City_of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. do hereby determine to grant to the property being developed specifications on file with the 01768 ZA 89-03 A t Administrative Adjustment No. 0022 Page 2 This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file this third day of January, 1988.
