DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide
the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and said administrative
adjustment having been duly noticed and no written objections having been
received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. That the requested 20`x+ deviance is permitted under Section 18.12.080.010
which allows a maximum 20~ deviance from required sideyard setbacks; and
2. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day public
notification period which ended December 26, 1988.
CALIFORNIA. ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING.: That the Zoning Administrator
has reviewed the proposal to waive the minimum side yard setback to construct
a 2-story, 5-unit apartment complex on property located at 210 South Walnut
Street; and that the Planning Director or his authorized representative has
determined that the proposed project falls within the definition of
Categorical Exemptions, Class 5, as defined in the State EIR Guidelines and
is, therefore, categorical y exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR.
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant
Administrative Adjustment No. 88-23, subject to the property being developed
substantially in accordance with .plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim and labeled Exhibit Nos. 1 through 4.

This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file this third day of

Council, in writing, accompanied by an appeal fee, is filed with the City
Clerk within 15 davs of the date of the signing of this decision or unless
