DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed. Zoning Administrator. by the Planning Director to decide
the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and, said petition having been
duly noticed`and'no written objections having been received, I do hereby find,
pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. That approval of he proposal to waive the minimum number of parking
spaces' is authorized by Code Section 18.12,080.020 (maximum 10~ deviance
permuted; 4.4'6 deviance .proposed); and
2. That no written opposition was' received during the required 10-day
notification period followng,the mailing of the public notice.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY: ACT FINDING: That .the Zoning Administrator
.has-reviewed the proposal for waiver' of the minimum number of parking spaces
to construct an industrial building on property located at 2475 West La Palma
Avenue; and that .the Planning Director or his authorized representative- has
determined that the proposed ;project falls within the definition of
Categorical Exemptions, Class 5,`as defined in the State. EIR Guidelines and
is, therefore, categorically exempt: from the requirement to prepare an EIR.
Based on the evidence. presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant
Administratiae Adjustment No. 30, subject ;to, the property' being developed
substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on' file with the
-City of ,Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos.. 1 and 2.
