ZA 89-19 PETITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT N0. 31 CEQA STATUS: Categorical Exemption, Class 5 DATE NOTICES MAILED: March 10, 1989' REQUESTED BY: John Swint 707 West North Street Anaheim, CA 92805-1735 OWNER: Tarsada Inc. 650 Town Center Drive Costa Mesa, CA 92626 REQUEST: Waiver of the following to construct a four-story 79-unit motel at 2141 South Harbor Boulevard: Sections 18.06.050.0241 - Minimum number of parking spaces. 18:06-.080 (6_5 required;- 62 proposed) and 18.44.066.050 DETERMINATION DF THE ZONING.ADMINISTRATOR Having been appointed Zoning :Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative>AdjuStment, and said petition having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to :Section .18.12.080: 1: That approval of the .proposal to waive .the minimum number of parking spaces is authorized by Code Section 18.12.080.020 (maximum 10~a deviance permitted;. 4.6~ deviance proposed); and 2. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period following the mailing of the public notice. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator has reviewed he proposal for waiver of the minimum number of parking spaces to" construct a four-story 79-unit motel on property located at 2141 South Harbor Boulevard; and that the Planning Director or his authorized representative has determined that the .proposed project falls within the definition of Categorical Exemptions, Class 5, as defined in the State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR.
