That no written. opposition was received during. the required 10-day notification period following mailing of the public notice. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDINGS That the Zoning Administrator has reviewed the proposal for waiver of the minimum number of parking spaces to construct an industrial building at 501 South Rose Street; and that the Planning Director or his authorized representative has .determined that the .proposed project falls within the definition of .Categorical Exemptions, Class 5 as defined in the State-EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR. Based on the evidence. presented to me, I do hereby determine to .grant Administrative Adjustment No. 33 subject to the_ property being developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit.
