AMENDING DECISION N0. 2A 90-1 NUNC PRO TUNC
PETITION: VARIANCE NO. 4015

WHEREAS, The Zoning Administrator. signed Decision No. ZA 90-1 on
January 18, 1990, granting Variance No. 4015 for waiver of minimum structural
setback to construct a 2,165 sq.ft., 2-story addition to an existing 1,532
sq.ft. office building at 612-616 South Harbor Boulevard.
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4, pertaining to payment of certain costs,
is .not applicable to the specific development proposal and, therefore, should
not have been included as a recommended condition in the Staff Report dated
January I1; 1990, nor as a condition in the written Decision dated January 18,
1990;
THEREFORE, Condition No. 4 of Decision No. 90-1 is hereby deleted
in its entirety.
This decision is made, signed and enter into the file this first day of
February, 1990.

NOTICE: This decision shall become `final unless an appeal to the City
Council, in writing, accompanied by an appeal fee, is filed with the City
Clerk within 15 days of the .date of the. signing of this decision or unless
