DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING'ADMINISTRATOR
Having 'been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide
the above-referenced Administrative'Adjustment, and said adjustment having been
duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find,
pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. That this administrative adjustment is approved on the basis that the
request amounts to a 10~ deviance from Code as;permitted for an
administrative adjustment and that a parking analysis (titled "Little
Caeser Enterprises - Regional'Offce" and dated July 7,-1990) was submitted
to and approved by the City Traffic Engineer for this particular use and
site; .and ,
2. That no written opposition was received during-the required notification
period.
CALIFORNIA. ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator
has reviewed the proposal to. establish a_3,306 sq.ft. office addition inside an
existing industrial building on approximately 7.9'acres located on the north
side of La Palma Avenue approximately. 780 feet east of the centerline of
Brasher Street and further described as 5455 East La Palma Avenue.; and does
hereby approve the'Negative Declaration upon finding that she has considered
the Negative Declaration together:with any comments received during the public,
review process and further finding on 'the basis of the initial study and any
comments 'received hat there is`'no substantial evidence that the project will
have a significant effect on the environment.'

Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby .determine to grant
Administrative Adjustment No. 54, subject to the following condition:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with
plans and specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the
petitioner and which plans are on file with the. Planning Department marked
Exhibit No. 1.
This. decision is. made, signed,. and entered into the file this twenty-seventh
day of September, 1990.
