DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by ahe Planning Director to decide
the above-referenced'Administrative Adjustment, and having been duly noticed
and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find,'pursuant to
Section 18.12.080s
1. That the subject flab lot is locates? in Tract. No. 12987 in Deve3,pment
,areas 4, ..5 and 6 of Specific Pla^. No. 88-1;
2. That the request is minimal and consists=of •a 6~ deviation from the .minimum
required flag lot width (a maximum 20~ deviation `may be permitted in
connection with an admini:~tiat'ive ~:~~justment); and
3. That no written opposition was received during the required notification

has`determned that the, proposed project.falls within the definition of
Categorical Exemptions, Class 5, ;as defined in the State EIR Guidelines and is,-
therefore, categorically. exempt from ahe requirement-to prepare an EIR.
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant
Administrative Adjustment No. 55, subject to the following condition:
1 That subject .property shall be developed.: substantially. in accordance with
plans and specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner
and which plans are on file with the 'Planning Department marked Exhibit
No. 1.
