Hampton Street, Anaheim, CA 92801 REQUEST: Waiver of the following under authority of Code Section 18.12.080.010 to construct a room addition to an existing single-family residence at 716 North Hampton Street:. Section 18.26.063.010 - Minimum front yard setback. (25 feet required; 20.5. and 22.5 feet proposed) DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and said adjustment having been duly noticed and no written objections having been. received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080: 1. That the proposal, for deviances of 10~ and 18'b (2,5 and 4,5 feet) from the required 25 foot front yard setback, is less-than-the maximum deviance allowed by an administrative adjustment (20~), and that .the existing dwelling has a 23 foot front yard setback; 2. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period; and 3. That the notification period was extended an additional 2 days to Monday, February 12, 1990, 5:00 o'clock PM, because it would otherwise have ended on``a Saturday thereby making it impossible for°any concerned person(s) to review the plans or otherwise obtain information about the proposal on the tenth day (Saturday). CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator has reviewed the proposal for waiver of minimum front yard setback to construct a room addition to an existing single<family residence at 716. North Hampton Street; and that the Planning Director or his authorized representative has. determined that_the proposed project falls within the. definition of Categorical Exemptions, Class 5, as defined. in the State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement ,to prepare an EIR. Based on the evidence presented tome, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 43, subject to the following condition; 1. _That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with the Planning Department marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. 04348 1 ZA 90-12 ~. ~. .~~ f,, f Administrative Adjustment No. 43 Page 2 This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file this fifteenth day of February, 1990.
