DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having .been appointed Zoning Administrator by-the Planning Director to decide
the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and said adjustment having
been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby
find, .pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. That the request is minimal, amounting to a deviance. of only 6~ (4
spaces) from Code, which is less than the 10~ maximum deviation permitted
in connection with an administrative adjustment.
2. That the City Traffic Engineer has approved the Parking Study prepared by
McLean & Schultz Architects/Engineers/Planners, dated February 22, 1990,
for the specific combination of uses which consists of:
General business offices: 12,600 sq. ft. (80.50; and
Storage areas: 3,046 sq.ft. (19.50.
3. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day
notification period.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY- ACT FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator
has reviewed the proposal for waiver of minimum number of parking spaces to
construct a 15,646 sq.ft. office building at 181 South Old Springs Road/; and
that the Planning Director or his authorized representative has determined
that .the proposed project falls within the definition of Categorical
Exemptions, Class 3, as defined in the State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore,
,categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR.
Based on the`, evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant
Administrative Adjustment No. 0047,. subject to the following condition:
,l. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with
plans and specifications submitted to the City. of Anaheim by the
petitioner and which plans are on file with the Planning Department
marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.

This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file this twelfth day of
