Categorical Exemption, Class 1 DATE PUBLIC NOTICES MAILED: July 13,.1990 REQUESTED BY: Sylvian Evangelista and Mary Ann Dutton 2691 Saturn Street, Brea, CA 92621 REQUEST: Waiver of the following to construct a I,Z00 sq.ft. addition to a commercial/residential structure on property located at 202 East Broadway: Sections 18.06.050.0212 - Minimum. number of parking spaces. 18.12.080.020 (l0 required; 9 proposed) and 18.44.066.050 DETERMINATION__OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and said adjustment having .been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080: 1. That .the proposal is minor and consists of a parking variance (9 spaces instead of I0) which deviates 10'~ from Code, in compliance with the maximum permitted deviance in connection with an administrative adjustment; and 2. That no written opposition was received during the requxed public notification period. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. ACT FINDING: That the Zoning,Administrator has reviewed the proposal for waiver of the minimum number of parking spaces to construct a 1,200 sq.ft. addition to a commercial/residential structure on property located at 202 East Broadway; and that the Planning Director or his authorized representative has determined that the proposed project falls within the definition of Categorical Exemptions, Class 1, as defined in the State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt: .from the requirement to prepare an EIR. Based on-the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 53, subject to the following condition: 1.
