DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide
the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and having been duly noticed
and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to
Section 18.12.080:
1. That the requested administrative adjustment (7.7~ fewer parking spaces
than required. by Code) is specifically permitted by Section 18.12.080.020
which allows a maximum 10~ deviation from a Code requirement; and
2. That no written opposition was received during the required notification
period which began on October 18, 1991.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL ¢UALITY ACT FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator
has reviewed the proposal for waiver of the minimum number of parking spaces to
construct a 795 sq.ft. office addition to an existing-20,982 sq.ft. industrial
building on property located at 1335 Knollwood Circle; and that the Planning
Director or his authorized representative has determined that the proposed
project falls within the definition of Categorical Exemptions, ,Class 5, as
defined in the State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt
from the requirement to prepare an EIR.
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to GRANT
Administrative Adjustment No. 63 conditioned upon subject property being
developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted
to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with the
Planning Department marked Exhibit No. 1. _

This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file this seventh day of
