DECISION NO. ZA 92-29
OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
AMENDING DECISION NO. ZA 92 26, NUNC PRO TUNC,
GRANTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 4185
WHEREAS, on June 17, 1992, the Zoning Administrator granted Variance No. 4185 under
Decision No. ZA 92-26, to construct a 2-story, 869 sq.ft. room addition to a single family residence
with waivers of minimum side yard setback and minimum rear yard setback; and
WHEREAS, in error, waiver (a) was incorrectly worded in both the June 11, 1992 staff
report (page 1) and the Decision (first page) to read "S,Z" proposed"instead of " t 7 ee
proposed"although the correct numbers did appear in paragraph (16) on page 3 of said staff report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Decision No. ZA 92-26 is hereby amended,
nunc pro tune, in its entirety, to read as follows:
"(a) SECTION 18.25.063.020
Minimum side yard setback.
(9 feet-6 inches permitted;
5 to 7 feet proposed)"
This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file this day second day of July, 1992.
