That the proposal consists on a second story addition built above an existing first story which already has a 5-foot setback from the. side property line; 2. The other residences in the neighborhood along-Lenz Drive. are developed with similar 5-foot side yards and that all those. lots (about 8,127 sq.ft.) aze smaller than required by the underlying zoning (10,000 sq.ft.); and 3. That no written opposition was received during the required notification period. Based on the evidence .presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 72, subject to the following conditions: L That prior to final building and zoning inspections or within a period of one (1) year admaj72.wp -Page 1 of 2 - ZA 92-58 • from the date of this decision, whichever occurs first, subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the City. of Anaheim. by the petitioner and which plans aze on file with the Planning Department mazked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. 2. That approval of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent that it complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, .State and Federal regulations. Approval does not include any action or`findings as to compliance or approval of the request regazding any other applicable ordinance, regulation or requirement.
