DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced
Administrative Adjustment, and said proposal-having been duly noticed and no written objections
having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
1. That subject property is located in Development Area 6 of Specific Plan No. 87-1 (SP 87-1)
"The Highlands at Anaheim Hills", as amended in connection with Amendment No. 4 to SP
87-1;
2. That the proposed ten percent (10%) deviation from the minimum required setback is less
than the maximum twenty percent (209b) deviation permitted in connection with an
administrative adjustment; and
3. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period.

Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment
No. 74, subject to the following condition:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans aze on file
with the Planning Department mazked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
