Resolution-ZA 1993-59 CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA Planning Department DECISION N0. ZA 93-59 Cuong T. Vuong 11514 Quartz Avenue Fountain Valley, CA 92708 RE: Notice of Decision -Approving Amusement Arcade No. 1023 Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Administrator for the City of Anaheim has approved the above referenced permit application to permit an Amusement Arcade consisting of up to twenty-eight (28) amusement devices located at 968 South Euclid Street (U Pick Arcade), Anaheim, California. Approval of this permit, in accordance with Anaheim Municipal Code Section 4.14.045, is based on the following findings of fact: 1. That public notices were mailed on October 1, 1993 to each business and residence located within a radius of three hundred (300) feet from the premises within which said arcade is proposed; 2. That, although at least 38 signed objections were received, objections were received from less than 50% of the above-mentioned businesses and tenants during the ten-day public notice period; 3. That the proposed use will not be contrary to the public interest; health, safety, morals or general welfare. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Administrator may appeal such decision to the City Council within ten (10) days fioliowing the date of this decision. Such appeal shall be submitted in writing to the Office of the City Clerk.
