Los Angeles, CA 90025 LOCATION: 255 AND 275 SOUTH EUCLID STREET (Sav-On and Super Saver Food) DATE NOTICES MAILED: March 29, 1996 REQUEST: Waiver of the following to construct an 8-foot and 10-foot high screen wall adjacent to the west property line: .Sections 18.04.43.100.102 - Maximum height. 18.12.080.015 6 feet permitted along side and rear and 18.44.064.080 property lines; 8 and 10 feet proposed along west property line) DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Having been appointed Zoning Administrator.. by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and subject petition having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080: 1. That the request is hereby granted in accordance with Subsection 18.12.080 of the Anaheim Municipal Code which permits waiver of maximum fence height in connection with an administrative adjustment; 2. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period which ended on April 9, 1996; 3. That. the proposed 8- and 10-foot. high block wall will separate commercial uses from an adjacent church; and 4. That the portion of the west property line adjacent to the church is approximately 300 feet long and the portion of the block wall which exceeds 6 feet high is about 60°~ (180 feet) of that length. Based on the evidence presented to me, i do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 101, subject to the following conditions: 1. That within a period of one (1) year from the date of this decision, subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with the Planning Department marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. That approval ofi this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent that tr complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, State and Federal regulations.
