Allen 10341 Orangewood Garden Grove, CA 92840 LOCATION: 527 South Haven Street CEQA STATUS: Categorically Exempt, Class 3 DATE NOTICES MAILED: August 16, 1996 REQUEST: Waiver of the following to construct a block wall: Sections 18.04.043 102 - Maximum fence height. 18.12.080.015 fe permitted in rear and side yards in the a_nd 18.25.064.110 RS-10,000 zone; 7' f e proposed) DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above- referenced Administrative Adjustment, and subject petition .having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080: 1, That the request is hereby granted in accordance with Subsection 18.12.080.015 of the Anaheim Municipal Code which permits waiver of fence height requirements in connection with an administrative adjustment; and 2. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period which ended on August 28, 1996. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDINGS: That the Planning Director or his authorized representative has determined that the proposed project is Categorically Exempt, Class 3, as defined in the State of California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an Environmental Jmpact Report. Based an the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 108, subject to the following conditions: 1. That within a period of one (1) year from the date of this decisipn, subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with the Planning Department- marked ..Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. That approval of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent that it complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, State and Federal regulations. Approval does not include any action or findings as to compliance or approval of the request regarding any other applicable ordinance, regulation or requirement.
