That the request is hereby granted in accordance with Subsections 18.12.080.020 of the Anaheim Municipal Code which permits waiver of minimum number of parking spaces in connection with administrative adjustments if the deviation from the Code standards is less than 10%; and that the proposed number of spaces is about 5.4% less than required by Code; and 2. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period which ended on December 4, 1996 at S:OO p.m. Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 115, subject to the following conditions: L That within a period of one (1) year from thedate of this decision, subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the Ciry of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file. with the Planning Department marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
