Waiver of the foltowing to construct an 8-foot high block wall along a portion of the rear property line: Sections 1.8.04.043.102 - Maximum fence heiaht. 18.12.080.015 6 feet permitted. in the rear yard of a church; and 18.21.064.090 8 block wall proposed adjacent to single family residential zoning to the west) DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and subject petition having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080: 1. That the request is hereby. granted in accordance with Subsection 18.12.080 of the Anaheim Municipal Code which permits waiver of maximum fence height in connection with administrative adjustments; 2. That no written opposRion was received during the required 10-day notification period which ended on July 30, 1997; and 3. That the additional fence height will discourage undesirable pedestrian access, including for criminal acYniity, between subject property and adjacent areas. Based on the evidence presented to me, 1 do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 124, subject to the following conditions: 1. That within a period of one (1) year from the date of this decision, subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with the Planning Department marked .Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. That approval of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent that approval. of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent that it complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, State and Federal regulations. Approval does not include any action or findings as to compliance or .approval of the request regarding any other applicable ordinance, regulation or requirement.
