DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced
Administrative Adjustment, and subject petition having been duly noticed and no written objections
having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080:
That the request is hereby granted in' accordance with Subsection 18.12.080 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code which permits waiver of minimum number of parking spaces in connection with
administrative adjustments when the deviation from Code is minor;
2. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period which
ended on October 23, 1997; and
3. That the petitioner has agreed to certain property maintenance, as conditioned herein.
Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No.
127, subject to the following conditions:
That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans submitted to the
City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file in the Planning Department labeled
Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
2. That the wood siding on the storage building shall be repaired or replaced to eliminated any
cracked, broken or warped slats; and that the entire storage building shall be repainted to
match the color of the main building to which it is attached.

3. That slats shall be installed in the chain link portion of the storage building in order to fully
screen all the material stored therein (including the trash dumpster); or that the wood siding
shall be extended northward to fully enclose and screen said stored material.
4. That the petitioner shall obtain any necessary building permits from the Building Division for the
storage building.
5. That within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of this decision, Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3 and
4, above, shall be complied with. Extensions for further time to complete this condition may be
granted in accordance with Section 18.03.090 of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
3. That approval of this application constitutes approval of the proposed request only to the extent
that it complies with the Anaheim Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable City, State
and Federal regulations. Approval does not include any action or findings as to compliance or
approval of the request regarding any other applicable ordinance, regulation or requirement.
This decision is made, signed, and entered into the file this 30th day of October 1997.

by an appeal fee, is filed with the City Clerk within 15 davs of the date of the signing of this decision or
